When I first met Rose Ogega as part of Blooms’ Women’s Mentoring Programme little did I know that I was about to embark on an almost addictive journey – each session was akin to receiving a vitamin shot – an amazing pick me up that… kept me constantly wanting for more! Rose led me through an experience of self discovery, reflection and ultimately one of action. The course enabled me to address my fears, confront issues that are easier tucked away and to actively manage my own eco system, being aware of those that were dragging me down and actively engaging with others who could lift me up. Most important of all, I met some amazing women who all came to the table in offering support and encouragement.
